Teachers realize that computer-mediated education requires developing a new contemporary vision of learning. As a veteran online instructor for the University of Phoenix, I have created a Web site that highlights some of my work in the field of distance education. My research stresses the importance of interactivity (communication, participation and feedback) in today’s distance education organizations. My site is designed to be a resource page for graduate students, individuals conducting research and online instructors who want to enhance their knowledge of the teaching and learning process. My work at the University of Phoenix has involved teaching undergraduate and graduate students and mentoring faculty candidates and doctoral students.
